With over 20 years of experience as a coach, mentor, athlete, and leader, Patrick Phillips founded Elevate Athletics PA to inspire and train student-athletes to succeed both on the court and in life. Rooted in faith, driven by discipline, and fueled by a love for the game, Patrick brings a lifetime of basketball wisdom to every player he mentors.

A former collegiate player and respected coach at the high school and college level, Patrick has helped lead multiple championship teams and developed players who’ve gone on to compete at the collegiate level. His coaching philosophy blends elite-level basketball fundamentals with leadership development, personal accountability, and character building.
